Acceptable Use Agreement Unitehosting resources
1 and 1 Professional Webhosting Ltd hereinafter Unitehosting, has as main activity is providing web hosting services to those customers who want to make their presence felt on the Internet.

When you decide to purchase any package offered by Unitehosting, you have to sign a contract with us to regulate the conditions of providing that service package. Unlike the contract, this agreement aims to familiarize you with our policy of managing the contractual relationship with clients, for full understanding by them of the rules to be followed for the development in the best conditions of our cooperation.
Content

All services provided by Unitehosting be used only for purposes consistent with the law.

Unitehosting does not monitor, not edit, censor not and does not assume any responsibility for the content or activities of the client with resources provided by Unitehosting. We can only investigate those complaints which are made known to us by third parties concerning the alleged illegal use for controversial or resources provided by Unitehosting. Therefore, the client is solely responsible for the content and use of resources provided by us and for their compliance with the law. In the same vein, Unitehosting can not monitor, edit or censor the information that the client receives / transmits to third parties, even if transmission or receipt of this information is via Unitehosting resources. Because of this, Unitehosting can not be responsible in any way for any damage or loss of profits on the client or third person to suffer as a result of offensive, misleading, illegal or controversial of these electronic transmissions.
Back-up data

Unitehosting not offer a service back-up data that the client hosts on its servers. Therefore, the client is advised to maintain a copy on a local computer files / databases / etc. Unitehosting hosted on servers in the event that data hosted on a server can not be accessed. Unitehosting can not be held responsible for any damage, regardless of its nature, suffered by the customer or third party due to lack of back-up data.

Unitehosting not back up or for files / databases / etc. accounts are in touch with clients that terminate hosting. Prohibited Activities
Commercial communications - e-mail:

Sending unsolicited emails (spamming), regardless of their commercial or noncommercial, using resources provided by Unitehosting is prohibited. Misuse of system resources

Programs such as Internet Relay Chat ("IRC") or any other matter related thereto, are prohibited without exception. This prohibition includes bots, bouncers and any scripts or software packages designed to facilitate the creation, maintenance or access to IRC servers or channels. Client accounts that host these electronic materials can be suspended, and the contract may be terminated by the client.
Scriptures such as "shell", regardless of what platform they are written (CGI or PHP) is prohibited. This prohibition includes, but is not limited to, scripts that are used to send commands such as "shell - level" scripts that behave like proxies to access browser type shell. Client accounts that host these electronic materials can be suspended, and the contract may be terminated by the client.
