Customers benefit from a guarantee Unitehosting hosting packages for 30 days.

This warranty applies to all hosting accounts in the first 30 days of signing the contract.

If the 30 days you are not satisfied with the quality of hosting and support provided by Unitehosting, can demand repayment of money paid in advance.

Warranty 30 days for a refund is not included in the following services:

-Optional fees paid for services other than those present in standard offer;
-Fees paid to dedicated servers;
-Fees for registering domain names - national and / or international;
-Fees for extension of contracts and / or upgrades;
-Contracted services as a reseller;
-Activation fee for accounts;

Amounts are returned within 30 working days (for payments by bank transfer / money order / cash deposit), or 60 days (for payments made through ePayment system) from your application.
Returning full amount is paid less bank charges.
